Opening Hours
Opening hours of the reception:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 10:30 am and 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Friday-Saturday: 8:00 am – 10:30 am and 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:30 pm (noon)

By telephone:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday-Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and until the reception’s closing time – please contact us for later arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Keys must be returned to the reception.

Cancellation
Timely cancellation can be made no later than 72 hours before arrival. The cancellation fee is 35% of the total amount of your booking. If canceled later than 72 hours before arrival, nothing will be refunded. Cancellations have to be in writing by providing a booking number or a customer ID, either via fax or e-mail.

If a booking is cancelled later than 3 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Staying at a Hostel
All rooms have duvets and pillows, and you can either bring your own bed linen and sheets or you can rent it in the reception. Sleeping bags are not allowed.

Out of consideration for the other guests, the hostel must be quiet from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

Preparation of meals and eating in your rooms is not permitted.

Animals are not allowed in our hostel.

Smoking is not allowed indoor.

Alcohol and other intoxicants are not permitted at the hostel. You can buy alcohol in our reception or in the vending machine in the common room.
